Avocado blueberry smoothie with pear, a smoothie with vegetables and fruit, super healthy and super delicious.
And then it is Sunday Morning already, the time flies. But I am still in a very relaxed flow. Super nice, because that was one of my resolutions. On the Second Day of Christmas I cleaned the entire house with the idea in the future I would clean everything right away. Usually I let some dishes stand in the kitchen until the next morning. That becomes a bit more, especially in my head. I have these sentences 'I have to do this' and 'I have to do that' in my head all the time. By doing everything right away it is more quiet in my head and besides that it gives me a calm feeling when everything is cleaned and stored. This rest is good for me so I have to keep this up haha. I do already notice my head saying 'do it now' so that is definitely a good sign.
Besides the fact it gives me more quietness in my head and I also meditating with more awareness and reading 'the power of now' again. by doing this and meditating more conciously I get more and more in the moment. And that also gives me a lot of rest, you don't think about work toromorrow or things you have to do. You just enjoy what you are doing. I notice having more energy by doing this. Yesterday was such a lovely day for example, I had a day off and went to the Market very early for fruit and vegetables and I was at home for the rest of the day.
I made a list of what I wanted to do, which I do quite often. But usually that somehow gives me some kind of pressure, which results in not finishing everything I wanted to. But now I felt this urge to do everything as quick as possible so I could work on my blog afterwards. So good to have that feeling. With the result that I made cookies, a breakfast crumble, muffins and a smoothie and also took pictures of all of them. And I kept on cleaning and storing while I was working, so my kitchen was not exploded for once. I don't do New Years Resolutions, but this is definitely a habit I want to continue this year. Oh and if you Resolution has to do something with healthy food, losing weight or eating more fruit/vegetables this smoothie is definitely worth a try.
