Banana pancakes with cocoa. Yes, that is correct pancakes and cocoa, two of my favorites combined in one healthy breakfast recipe.
I am crazy about delicious breakfasts. I can even look forward to the breakfast of the next day when I lay in bed at night. It doesn't really matter if that is a spelt cracker with cheese or a more comprehensive breakfast. I just love it, with a big cup of green tea my day can start!
In the weekends I take more time to eat a comprehensive breakfast or I make time to try a new breakfast recipe. That is also what happened this Sunday morning. I had made banana pancakes with egg before and we always liked them. The advantage is that the recipe is super easy, but the result is also super delicious.
That is why I was thinking about a variation of this recipe. It seemed nice to mix some cocoa through the batter, you then get some sort of chocolate pancakes. This turned out to be a very good choice, this is super delicious!! Much better than the original pancakes.
Preperation time: 2 minutes
Baking time: 5 minutes per pancake
Amount: 4 pancakes
Once you are out of batter, you can enjoy your lovely breakfast pancakes with cocoa. Have fun making them and enjoy eating them!
