Cheesecake with blueberries
"At the moment I am in a perfect flow when it comes to developing new recipes, as you might know I am working on an E-book at the moment."
Cheesecake with blueberries, this easy cheesecake recipe is really delicious, but also gluten free and a healthier option as well. And does it get any better than homemade cheesecake with blueberry?
Cheesecake is something I am postponing for a while. I did make one last year that turned out pretty good, but somehow I just kept postponing it, mostly because I was scared that it wouldn't turn out good. But I have to say this cheesecake is really perfect, fills really good and tastes delicious.
At the moment I am in a perfect flow when it comes to developing recipes, as you might know I am working on an E-book. There will be 20 delicious gluten- and lactose free recipes in it. I already figured some recipes out, but while I was working on the E-book the recipes kept coming in my head and I already have very many good ideas for recipes that have to be in the E-book. I already made half of them and also took the pictures and they are surprisingly good. I am not really sure what is happening but it seems as if these recipes are just a bit better and more tasty than all the other recipes I have made so far. And that is funny because I am also going more out of the box for these recipes, but apparently that works out really good. The recipes in the E-book will be for breakfast, snacks and pastry. All recipes are gluten- and lactose free and besides that they are easy to make plant based as well. The E-book will probably be out in September, but I will inform you about that of course when it is ready. I loved this cheesecake so much that I also thought of a vegan 'cheese' cake recipe which is in the E-book.
Preparation time: 20 minutes

You can now enjoy a piece of this healthier cheesecake, also very nice for breakfast because it fills very good because of the healthy ingredients.
