"The mixing will get a bit tough, because the mixture will become a real dough."

You can vary endless with banana bread that is the big advantage. The banana bread was a real experiment with all ingredients that were still in my cupboard. In any case it is exceptional that I had enough (relatively ripe) bananas to make a banana bread.
I always buy a lot of bananas, but since Jens eats a banana everyday, I regularly eat bananas and I also make pancakes once in a while, you can count that there are not a lot of bananas left to make banana bread. In the store I saw that these bananas were already a bit ripe and that is why I bought them. I could immediately make a banana bread with it. Almonds are my favorite nuts, I love the taste and that is why I also love almond meal so much. I thought it would be nice to at pieces of dark chocolate into the banana bread. Besides the fact that it was 86 degrees Fahrenheit (30 Celsius) when I made the recipe, the chocolate was a real success.
I made the banana bread on Sunday afternoon. On Monday evening I came home from work and Jens told me that there were still 2 slices left. Of course I thought he was joking, but he was serious. He loved it so much that he had eaten almost the whole banana bread in only one day! I love to hear if you also love this banana bread as much as I do.

This recipe is not 100% organic, because the organic nuts are not available. All the other ingredients in the recipe are organic.
You can now grab the banana bread out of the oven and enjoy it! Let the banana bread cool down for a while, otherwise the chocolate is still melted.
