"If it is still too liquid, it will come out of the piping bag on the other side."
Sinterklaas recipe, sugar free chocolate letters. A more healthy alternative for that lovely chocolate letter.
Chocolate letters, I just love them, like this one I got at work last year. But do I really love those letters that much? Or is it just the chocolate haha, I think it is the chocolate and the shape doesn't even matter. But the chocolate letters from the store contain a whole lot of unnatural additions. That is why I wanted to try and make them myself. The flavor didn't turn out to be exactly the same, but they are just as good, or maybe even better. I was lucky 2 pieces were left when I came home, because Jens ate the rest within one day. So I can surely say they were tasty. The recipe is very easy the only thing you really need, is patience. The first time I was to quick with putting the chocolate in the piping bag, it had not yet harden. That led to the chocolate running out of the bag at the bottom and my whole kitchen was covered in chocolate, not very handy. Luckily I had disposable bags so that one could go straight down the garbage. And I tried again with more patience and more result.
Preparation time: 15 minutes + 10 minutes waiting time
Cooling time: Approximately 2 hours
Amount: 2 letters
You can now enjoy these healthy and delicious chocolate letters.
