"I did not use cookie cutters myself, but circles with a pattern in it."
Christmas recipe: Christmas cookies. These easy Christmas cookies are very easy to make with your kids during the Christmas break.
Last Saturday there was a Christmas Market in the village where Jens comes from. I didn't really want to go, but a good friend of mine also went so we had some time to chat. First it was super cold, because it was outside. There were not even stands or something, but a lot of music, fire pits, beer and talking haha. When the big fire put was on it became warm and we enjoyed the night. The men only enjoyed it a lot more than we did, so we ended in the cafe. And if you are the driver and everybody slowly gets drunk around you, you just want to go home. I also noticed that I am not used to going out any more, yes I am getting old haha. The music is so loud that you can barely speak to each other. and everybody is super close to each other so you can't move very well either. But it was a fun night, but it did mean we had a lazy Sunday. Jens surprisingly enough did not have a hangover so we started the day with a walk on the beach with the dog. Which slept the rest of the day haha.
So it was a very relaxing Sunday to recharge for the coming week. And a lazy day usually means a day in the kitchen for me. This Sunday I made these Christmas cookies. They are very easy to make and delicious as well.
Preparation time: 5 minutes + 30 minutes waiting time
Baking time: 15 minutes
Amount: 9-12 cookies
You can now enjoy these healthy, delicious and organic Christmas cookies.
