Last week was such a lovely week, wasn't it? The weather was really amazing it is finally starting to look a bit like Summer. I was very lucky to have a week of vacation last week and I enjoyed every minute of it with the beautiful weather. I made this picture on the beach of Dishoek. I was having a photo shoot with my sister as a gift for our parents' wedding.
Even though I had a very busy schedule this week, I also very much enjoyed the sun. Having breakfast in the garden is one of my happiness moments and I did that several times this week. I also planned a lot of new recipes and spend a lot of time in the kitchen. I will share everything with you. I hope you also had a lovely week and some time to enjoy the weather as well and that you are completely recharged for the new week ahead.
If you still need an energy boost for the Monday, I recommend this tropical smoothie. I was inspired by the sun and the tropical temperatures and that makes me think of coconuts.
