Cranberry kiwi smoothie. Cranberries are perfect in preventing and curing a bladder infection. This is because of the vitamin C, which is also in the kiwi and the orange in this smoothie.
It is Sunday already and time for this lovely smoothie on Smoothie Sunday. I don't know how it is at your place, but here I am looking at the sunshine and a clear blue sky all day. I hear the birds sing for a few days already and it makes me so happy. The spring feeling is suddenly there and I love it. Do you also love the Spring that much? I very much enjoyed the sun today, we went to the woods with the dog to relax and enjoy the nice weather.

We will start the week off healthy with this refreshing smoothie. It is a bit sour, but the sweet aftertaste makes it perfect.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Blend time: 2 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies (approximately 750 milliliters)
