Fruit crumble pie
"The easiest way is to make a spoon wet and use the back of the spoon to divide the dough over the form."
Fruit crumble pie. A super tasty gluten- and lactose free crumble pie with fresh fruit.
As you might have read in my food diary, I followed the week schedule of the tight belly bible. In this book was a recipe for pancakes with a sauce of nectarine and red fruit. Jens went to work and afterwards I made the pancakes with the sauce, so I had too much sauce. I just liked the sauce so much that I decided to make a pie with it. In the beginning I was a bit scared that it would be too wet and that the sauce would run out of the pie, but luckily that did not happen.
The pie came out of the oven just like I had in my head and the taste was even better than I thought. I took a bite and loved it so much, Jens thought I exaggerated in my enthusiasm and wanted to try himself. He was also very enthusiastic and liked the pie very much as well. The crust is nice and crunchy and the filling sweet and fruity, but not too sweet. I just had had holiday and tried a lot of recipes for the freezer was fully loaded. So I decided to make my colleagues happy with a piece of pie after my holiday.
Halfway in the morning we had a meeting and I brought the pie, of course I scored some points with that haha. But I also like to hear the feedback from others about my pies or other things I baked. And I love to hear what I can improve, but they were very positive about this pie even though it was healthy they still liked it haha.
