Fruit smoothie with kiwi. This smoothie has a lot of vitamin C in it which gives you a delicious boost at the start of the autumn.
This weekend I had a weekend alone at home, oke Leyla was also there, but Jens wasn't. Thursday evening he left with two friends to the Ardennes and he will come home tonight. I used to hate this, I liked being alone for a night or a day, but after that I wanted someone to come home. This time it was a bit different. I am continuously developing myself by reading books and meditating every day. I notice this getting better everyday and I also start feeling better. Sometimes it is nice to have a few days on your own to work on that and on yourself. Actually I even liked the fact that Jens was away for a couple of days, I really enjoyed it.
I did a lot of things in the house, I went to the gym and of course I spent a lot of time in the kitchen. Actually it was very relaxed. Still a bit silly that it feels so different when you are alone. When you are together at home, you sometimes don't do things that you do when you are alone. The only thing I really don't like about being alone is cooking for my own. I enjoy cooking together so much and we basically always do that, so I find that a bit boring. But I made it easy on myself with a tomato soup and a pasta salad.
And besides that I had a lot of quality time with this cutie. We really enjoyed the time together. You can see she needed so time to get her energy back. I love it when she is lying with me, not very handy if you want to type a blog but I'll take the consequences haha. Later this afternoon we will pick Jens up and we will be back together with the three of us, which I am also looking forward to.
This afternoon I already made a lovely smoothie which Jens can enjoy when he returns. This smoothie is perfect for your immune system.
