Gluten free espresso brownie
"Then chop the chocolate and the nuts with a big knife, this will be the topping of the brownie."
Gluten free espresso brownies, the combination of chocolate and espresso is super tasty, but it will also give you a better feeling.
It is already Friday and the weather is still beautiful. We have returned from our holiday already a month ago and the day after we returned there was a little bit of rain, but everyday after that it was like 25 degrees Celsius (77 Fahrenheit) or more and lovely sunny all day. And if you look at the weather forecast for the upcoming 2 weeks it looks like you are watching the forecast of South France, because this weather will continue for at least 2 more weeks. I hear some people complaining a bit that it is too warm or they like it better when it is less warmer, but not me.
I just love this weather so much, dresses everyday, flip flops and enjoying the sun, it doesn't get any better if you ask me and I would love it to be this kind of weather everyday. The only really tiny disadvantage of this weather is the people that forget to put on deodorant or just not enough, which makes them smell like sweat a lot for example in the supermarket and I don't really like standing next to those people haha. But that really is the only tiny disadvantage.
Today I have a day off and spending it well. I have quite some recipes that I want to make which include an ice tea recipe so I will be working on those. Tomorrow morning I will visit a super nice healthy hotspot in Domburg, where they also have a Farmers Market so I will also have a look there and I will probably end at the beach. I am going to enjoy the weather anyway this weekend.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Baking time: 40 minutes
Amount: 1 brownie (8-10 pieces)
The recipe is not completely organic, because the pecans are not organically available. All other ingredients are organic.
You can now enjoy this lovely gluten free brownie. You can also keep it in the freezer and enjoy on another moment.
