Gluten free vegan brownie

Gluten free vegan brownie. This brownie really gives you a boost because of the legume, nuts and sees that are processed in it!
And suddenly it is March already, the last month went by like crazy. That was also caused by the fact I had a new job, I am still so glad I took that step, because I am enjoying it very much. In the beginning taking a step like that is a bit exciting, you do know what you have and give up, but you don't really know what you get back. I set aside my fears last year and took the step, I got to start 1 February.
And till this moment I have not had doubts at all, I really love the job and my colleagues are really nice and I am growing and developing everyday. That gives me so much energy, besides the fact I am tired of all the new impressions, energy keeps on flowing through me.
It is even that bad I even enjoy the morning walk with Leyla at 5.50 AM. Yes that's right! I am not a morning person at all, or actually I should say was. I notice more and more the benefits of getting up early, that gives you a whole day for new things to do. And at work I start at 8.30 AM and I work until 5.30 PM. I must say I have to get used to that, at my previous job I worked until 4 PM. After work I went for a walk with Leyla, cooked dinner and had the entire night for myself. But now I arrive at home at 6.15 PM and then we have to cook. To still have some evening time for myself I made a deal with Jens that I would walk the morning walk with Leyla and he the evening, we switched. And to start relaxed in the morning, have my relaxed breakfast moment and have some time left to meditate for 10 minutes, the alarm is at 5.45 AM daily and I only have to leave at 7.45 AM. And I have to say I really like this starting relaxed in the morning.
Once the alarm rings, I go downstairs drink my lemon water and go outside with Leyla. We stand the cold together walk for approximately 20-25 minutes with the long line on it, so she has some space to move and run. And for me it is a perfect moment to wake up in fresh air and have my first movements of the day. And afterwards I enjoy my breakfast and warm shower so much!
Another big advantage of my new job is that I am free at half of the Fridays and as you can imagine I really like that. I used one of those Fridays to try this lovely brownie, it does not only taste good, it also fills very well and it is super healthy!
