Granola cups with fruit
"The mixture smells so amazing due to the combination of cinnamon and banana."
Granola cups with fruit. This super easy breakfast recipe is very healthy, gives you a full feeling and is very delicious!
Last weekend I was very busy with baking. Actually I wanted to do a lot of other things, but I just love baking so much haha. So I worked on some nice new recipes.
One day I was home alone with our dog Leyla. I really love those days, we can cuddle all day long and make long walks together. She just loves walking, playing and running so much. She just turned one year and it so cool to really see her development. She keeps on listening better. When we go to the dike she keeps on running. But when she sees another dog she first checks in whether she is allowed to go or not and that gives us a very relaxed feeling. Only a few months ago we really didn't know what to do. She was in the middle of her puberty and of course she did not listen at all! And that is pretty difficult when she has no line on the dike. That is also why I am so happy that she is growing up and listening more and more. We also noticed this last week when she was home alone for 6 hours. We did practice with being alone, because she had some struggles with that in the beginning. But 6 hours is quite some time. We always record it when we leave and that is very handy because you always know what she is doing and how it went. It went amazingly well this week so we are very proud.
The only difficulty in listening is, of course, when there is food involved. I was working on these granola cups and of course she found that very interesting and of course there were a lot of nice smells which she really liked. Check out what happened.
Her small nose was in the picture all the time, but she did not get a bit, so she decided to leave haha. Today is a nice day together with the three of us again and we will be heading to the beach. Playing, running and maybe even swimming, I am excited. And this weekend the weather will be very good, it might even be the last Summery day this year so we are definitely going to enjoy that. And of course this Summery breakfast suits this weather perfectly. And the big advantage of this recipe is that it is super easy to make!
Preparation time: 5 minutes + 1 hour waiting time
Baking time: 30 minutes
Amount: 8 cups
After an hour you can enjoy these lovely breakfast cups. Of course you can also make them the night before or even keep them in the freezer.
