Healthy Dutch butter cake
"Naturally the batter is a bit sticky."
Healthy Dutch butter cake, this butter cake fits perfectly in a healthy lifestyle and tastes just as good as the unhealthy butter cake.
Healthy butter cake does that even exist? But butter is greasy and unhealthy?
Yes healthy butter cake does exist, even though you have to eat everything with moderation. And yes margarine is not good for you at all, but the dairy butter I used is very healthy for you. Butter (dairy butter) is known for its unhealthy character, it should higher your cholesterol and make you fut, but none of that is true.
Butter contains a lot of fat-soluble vitamins, like for example vitamin K2 which a lot of people don't even know. But that vitamin K2 can have a huge effect on your health, is is closely involved with the calcium metabolism and if you don't have enough vitamin K2 it could lead to terrible diseases, like for example cardiovascular diseases. It was always thought that there was a strong connection between saturated fats and cardiovascular diseases, but they found out that is not correct. Recent studies even show that saturated fats have a positive impact on cardiovascular diseases and the cholesterol. Besides that butter also contains a lot of fats with short and medium chains, that give you the saturated feeling and it also increases the fat burning process.
Studies also show that margarine increases the chances of getting a heart attack, while butter doesn't do this. Consuming whole-fat dairy products decreases the risk of cardiovascular diseases with 69%, according to the research.
At last butter contains butyraat, which has an inflammatory effect and powerful protecting effects on the digestive system.
All by all we can conclude that butter has a lot of healthy benefits. Do you want to know more about it? Have a look at the website of Juglen Zwaan.
