I used to be grumpy in the morning, I did not like to get up and the worst thing was when people started talking to me when I just came out of bed. I hated it, I usually did not or barely respond, which made it stop soon enough, big advantage haha. When Jens and I just moved in together I still was very grumpy in the morning, until we got our puppy dog Leyla after a few months. Very soon we were in our garden in the middle of the night, because she had to pee. Or we were downstairs at 5.30 AM playing with her because she didn't want to sleep anymore. So I had to talk to her or Jens and slowly my grumpiness in the morning disappeared.
Last week Jens had a training at work and because I also had to work a long day, Jens' grandparents agreed to babysit on her for one day. Unfortunately that meant that the alarm was at 5 AM already. Jens went downstairs already and I was just laying in bed for one more minute. He came upstairs and said I know you are going to be grumpy. So I tried not to be grumpy at all when we found out he had mixed the date and the training would be one week later, so we woke up that early for nothing. Too bad, but I was awake already so I decided to get out of bed. And honestly I liked it, I had a lot of time before I had to go to work. I loved it to start the day that relaxed. It honestly seemed like a good idea to do this more often, but I didn't manage to do so until now haha. Although, Friday night we were quite tired and decided at 8.30 PM to go to sleep and set the alarm on Saturday (yesterday) at 6 AM. I know that it sounds really crazy on a free Saturday and I could not have imagined doing this ever, but I had such a long day.
You are not really tired anymore and your day is just so long. At 10 AM I had done all my groceries and even been to the Marketplace for my fruit and vegetables. And at the Marketplace I saw a coconut and just imagines how good that one would look on a photograph. So I decided to buy it and make this smoothie with it.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Blend time: 3 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies
Blend the mixture for approximately 3 minutes and you can enjoy this nice and sweet smoothie!
