It is Friday evening already and this week has been going so fast. Monday afternoon we could pick up our new car in Amsterdam, Wednesday I was in Zwolle all day. Which I enjoyed so much by the way. I visited a very nice hotspot and the Organic Fair! That is such an amazing event; nice entrepreneurs and beautiful brands. That was very nice. Yesterday was also a very nice day at my job I was invited to join the final presentations of a group of young and talented employees. I did a whole tour through the country this week with a lot of traffic jam, but I was also able to do a lot of fun things. I always need to process those impressions.
Especially Wednesday I was filled with inspiration, energy and amazing conversations that I felt my head processing and it felt like it could explode (not that I have a headache, it just needs to process all the impressions). My enthusiasm wants me to do a lot of things, but after a day like that I am in my bed at 8.30 completely tired haha. But this weekend I will definitely work on those nice ideas and of course with all those nice products I received on the fair.

Amount: 1 smoothie bowl
You can mix some of the topping through the bowl. Then you will have a nice bite in your bowl. Decorate the smoothie bowl with the rest of the topping and you can enjoy this lovely breakfast.
