This weekend was a real baking weekend and honestly I'd like every weekend to be like that. Friday I worked at home and the advantage of working at home is that you can make your own lunch. That is a lot easier than taking it with you. I made granola cups and they were lovely! I will soon share the recipe. Yesterday I made cookies and muffins and I was really in the baking flow. With a lot of fruit left I decided to make a nice fruit smoothie. I had a nice appointment at the end of the afternoon which made me a bit nervous. That is why I focused all my attention on baking. The smoothie, which I made for the same reason contained a lot of fresh fruit. At the country store I had bought a lot of nice fruit of which I made this smoothie.
Maybe we don't want to admit yet, but is has become autumn. A new season means new products. When I buy my groceries I try to buy as much seasonal fruit and vegetables as possible to make my smoothies (and other recipes). I was lucky they still had some Summer fruits. I think this might even be the last Summer smoothie of this year. But it is a lovely one. And actually I am already curious which ingredients there will be available next week.

Blend time: 3 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies (approximately 500 milliliters)
