Mango smoothie with blueberry. This fresh smoothie is filled with a lot of fruit and super healthy! A very delicious smoothie on this Smoothie Sunday.
The first Smoothie Sunday blog is there. In an earlier newsletter I already promised it to come and now the moment has finally arrived. I do love smoothies myself very much and I really try to take a smoothie with me to work everyday. This usually means that I make a very easy smoothie while I am cooking my dinner.
Besides this relatively basic smoothies with orange juice and fruit I would love to try some new recipes. I usually get inspired by Pinterest or I throw all my leftover fruits and veggies in the blender haha. In the weekends I have more time to find a lovely smoothie and try some new things, that is why I started with the Smoothie Sunday. It also a nice and healthy way to start your new week or to compensate your hangover with. I can't wait to share my first smoothie recipe with you. Actually this is a very easy smoothie to make. I made this smoothie with 0% fat Greek Yogurt, but if you prefer the 10% fat variant that is also fine of course. I used a little bit of milk to make the smoothie it bit thinner. I used semi-skimmed milk to do so.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Blend time: 3 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies
