Oatmeal muffins with pear
"You can make the paper molds yourself from a piece of baking paper."
Oatmeal muffins with pear, a healthy snack. The pear gives the muffins a nice and fresh taste and the oatmeal gives you a full feeling. You can also eat the muffins for breakfast.
It is Friday and that means that another week is over. For me this also means another week closer to my new job. As you might know, I work in a full time job besides my blog. Or actually I blog besides my full time job haha.
I already work 3,5 years at the same job. I did grow into a new position, but I notice I miss the challenges. For quite some time I thought let's stay here and the challenges will come. Or maybe I will earn more money with my blog that way I can work less hours. But I only had my blog quite short and I didn't notice any changes at work. Slowly and slowly I became more dissatisfied at work and that costed me energy. And that energy that it costed, I could not put into Organic Happiness and I noticed that. At some moments I even lost fun in working at my blog, while I actually like it so much and it usually gives me energy.
At that moment I knew something had to change so I went to look for another job. While I was looking, I got a call from someone who had seen my resume and had a nice position for me. I went on an application interview and I honestly believe this position suits me like a glove. I will have my first day at the first of February and I can't wait. I am very excited to start there with new energy. And the big advantage is that every other week I am free at Fridays, so I can invest more time in Organic Happiness. You can imagine I am really counting down the days. I will keep you updated on the progress at my new job.
