Pancakes for breakfast, I love it! Nowadays I make them almost every weekend once. Earlier I could not have imagined this would happen. Because when I open my eyes, my first reaction is FOOD!
Now I have to make some effort for breakfast, but the reward is so lovely that it is definitely worth the effort. These pancakes are super quick to make by the way. I experimented with some ingredients and it led to these almond meal pancakes.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Baking time: approximately 3 minutes per pancake
Amount: 5 pancakes
