It is Saturday and that means, Market day! I really love to look for fresh fruit and vegetables and it is also much cheaper than in the supermarket. I promised my little sister to help her in her new house this morning. I should be at here place at 09.30, so I make sure I am early to make sure I have enough time to buy my fruit and vegetables on the Market. I have 2 big bags completely filled and I only pay 20 euros. That is the big advantage of buying on the Market haha.
After I am finished at my sisters', I quickly pick up my groceries at the supermarket. Thanks to the person who invented that. I am a bit in a hurry because in the afternoon we are going to swim with Leyla in an outdoor swimming pool. Once a year the dog school arranges this at the end of the summer, you can swim in the outside swimming pool with your dog and it is so much fun. You actually see dogs dive from the diving board and dive to a ball. Our Leyla had a bit more difficulty. This picture was made last Sunday when she ran with us in the 'Veerse Meer' a big lake. Not a problem and she very much enjoyed it, but the swimming pool is a different cookie haha. Even the 20 centimeter baby pool is a bridge to far for her. She did enjoy being there a lot, because she could ran a bit and see all those other dogs, but no swimming for her today.
Because we went home a bit early, I had a lot of time to make this smoothie with all the fresh fruit I had bought this morning.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Blend time: 2 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies (approximately 750 milliliters)
This recipe is not 100% organic, because the passion fruit is not organically available. All the other ingredients in this recipe are organic.
You can now enjoy this delicious smoothie!
