During the Holidays you will probably eat enough. To still be able to remain your own weight and not be fully exploded after those days, it is good to make conscious choices. If you know you will be eating a lot at night, eat a bit less during the day or extra healthy maybe. That way you can compensate with the dinner. I personally don't like it to be completely full after during the entire day and your body also likes it better, because it will have more time to process all the food. That is why a smoothie is a perfect snack. Not only for the healthy vitamins, but also to give your body some rest.
This smoothie is super healthy and super tasty. If you add some oatmeal to it, you can even drink it as your breakfast. Perfect for the day after a big Christmas dinner.
