You have probably seen somewhere that I really rocking a super cool E-book! But even though it will be really cool and I am really proud of it already, I also feel a bit bad about myself because
I did not make many recipes or blogs the last few weeks. Funny if you think about it, it is actually quite normal that I didn't have time to write blogs, but I had some strange twist in my mind haha.
I saw multiple food bloggers lately releasing their E-book and most of them were full time bloggers who don't have a job besides blogging. I heard them about the E-book and that they wrote less blogs during that time and I seriously thought, that is not going to happen to me! Besides working on my E-book I will also be posting new blogs and recipes, but that is not realistic at all. Because I am not a full time blogger, I have a 36-hour job for a company so I don't have that much time. And if those girls can't manage it how could I ever be thinking I could?! Every free hour was in developing, trying, photographing and writing these new recipes and eventually the total package of the E-book. It took me more time than I expected, but it is getting so beautiful. I am actually quite proud on the pictures as well as the recipes. The E-book is really finally ready and I am excited about that, not only because I can finally share it with the world, but also because that will give me more time to write blogs again.
Today I am already having a day off so the weekend has started for me and this weekend I will really finish the E-book. Besides that the focus will be on Facebook Marketing, learning and testing and last but not least on the new newsletter tool I will be using. That means 3 days of full focus. And for the first time that also means that I decided to go 'offline'. That means that I have posted this blog, but afterwards I removed all Social Media from my phone and until Monday morning I will be offline to be able to focus fully and have no distractions. I am really curious to see how difficult it will be for me. That sounds heavy but it is such a habit to check your phone when you have to wait or when something doesn't work out the way you wanted, so I am really curious for the end result. Like I said, I really wanted to share this recipe with you. This really is a perfect recipe to 'prep' this weekend and you can take it with you on Monday to work or to your kids for school.
