Pineapple smoothie with khaki
"If you have a Pineapple Slicer, you put it on top of the pineapple (after you removed the crown) and turn it into the pineapple."
Pineapple smoothie with khaki, a nice and sweet vitamin boost.
Friday night I had a bloggers dinner. It was my first offical press event as a blogger which was of course super cool. Yesterday you could already read all my stories about that night, because I certainly enjoyed it. Yesterday was a very relaxed day to let all the impressions sinck in a bit. We slept a bit longer and I started the day very relaxed and went to the market in Goes where I bought a lot of fruit and vegetables. Yesterday afternoon I started to work with it right away. It really relaxes me to bake and work with food after such a busy night filled with impressions. I made fresh granola, a banana bread and a healthy smoothie which I will share with you today.
Today was also a very relaxed day. Jens should be playing a soccer match, but because of the weather they canceled the match. And that meant that we had a whole day together and it had been a while since that happened. We also wanted to do something together, but with our busy schedules that is hard sometimes haha. I also wanted to go to Intratuin in Halsteren (a big garden store which is a Christmas paradise in December). I just love to be there around Christmas. So we went there and visited all the decoration and small houses and everything they had to offer and we had a nice lunch together. So it really was a lovely afternoon and we both needed and enjoyed that very much. So all by all this is a very relaxing weekend. I will get into the kitchen for the rest of this afternoon to make some Christmas recipes that will be online soon.
