Autumn has really begun now. Like I wrote before it is not my favorite season, but now it is here, of course I try to make the best of it. All off a sudden I have serious cinnamon cravings and throw it through everything haha. And I also can't get enough of other warm recipes like grilled cheese sandwiches. I would also love to make something with pumpkin, because I see it everywhere. But cleaning those pumpkins is such a disaster. Last year I made a pumpkin curry, but I was working for half an afternoon to clean those damn things haha. But yesterday I accidentally read a very good tip, so who know I might try the pumpkins this autumn.
Another things that happens all the time in the autumn are those annoying colds. Last week I felt it coming a bit and I thought by drinking green tea with ginger and honey it would fade away. But now I notice a bit of running nose since last night. To prevent myself from really getting a cold I made this power smoothie. A lot of vitamin C and spices that improve your immune system literally make this a power smoothie. So do you feel a cold coming? You should really try this smoothie!
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Blend time: 3 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies (approximately 750 milliliters)
Afterwards you can enjoy this perfect power smoothie.
