Spinach smoothie with kiwi. This green smoothie fits perfectly in a healthy lifestyle and is very quick and easy to make.
Last week I wrote my Smoothie Sunday Blog about the championship game of Jens. I honestly believe that that smoothie had a positive effect on it. Of course I went to watch the game and they won with 6-1, Champions! Which of course meant a big party.
Jens slept at his parents place, because that was easier. I picked him up the next day and of course he had a hangover and felt pretty bad. So the perfect opportunity for me to try this smoothie recipe on him. And actually he felt a bit better afterwards. A super healthy smoothie, that also help with a hangover. What else could you wish for?
