Strawberry smoothie with yogurt. A healthy snack when you are looking for a refreshment. Ideal on a lazy Smoothie Sunday if you ask me.

In my last blog I wrote that we came back a bit earlier from our vacation, but besides that we did enjoy our vacation a lot. On vacation I also try to live healthy, also because I just like that so much. And I believe that smoothies are always a good idea with breakfast or as a snack.
The supermarket that was the nearest by and also decent was the Carrefour. The 'Albert Heijn' of France actually. In this super huge supermarket they had a lot of organic products: cookies, chocolate spread, bread and a lot more. And they had smoothies from Innocent there. A fruit juice is always hard to buy abroad, because you never know how much sugars are added and how natural the product really is. But from Innocent we know they only use pure fruit and the ingredient description was in English. So I was extremely happy with my smoothie every morning.
I made this smoothie before we went on vacation, because I expected to not have enough time to do so when we returned home. Eventually I could easily have made it afterwards, but I love to share this smoothie with you. It really was a 'left-over-from-the-fridge' smoothie, easy but also very delicious!
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Blend time: 2 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies
How to make it?
Wash the strawberries when the crowns are still on them, otherwise they suck up a lot of water and that affects the taste. Remove the crowns afterwards and cut the strawberries in half. You can put the strawberries in the blender.
Add the yogurt and almond milk to the blender. You have now made the basis for your smoothie.
Blend the mixture for approximately 2 minutes.
You now have a delicious, refreshing smoothie to enjoy!
