Super food smoothie

Super food smoothie with fruit, apple juice and super foods including matcha. This smoothie will get you through the day!
It is Sunday afternoon and I am already working for one week at my new job and I am enjoying it very much. I am having a lot of new impressions and information, but I do like the job very much. It still costs me some energy to learn everything, but it also gives me a lot of energy because I like it so much. I still notice that I can use some 'energy boost' every now and then. The magnesium I am having every morning helps me with that.
Jens could also use a boost today haha. He went to celebrate Carnival at his birth village. I did not grow up with Carnival and I don't like it at all. I hate the music, but 2 years ago I let Jens convince me to come with him. My father in law told me, when we left: "I will make some coffee and I think it will be finished when you get back home". And he turned out to be right, I was back withing 30 minutes. I did not like it at all, everybody was already drunk when we arrived and I did not know anybody. Jens left right away because he did know everybody, so I felt a bit lost. I told him I will pick you up tonight, have fun. And because Jens did grow up with Carnival he always wants to go one day and that was yesterday. Yesterday afternoon he said he would strive for a headache free day, but he didn't pull that off. So I made this super food smoothie for him. The spirulina will get the toxins out of your body, definitely if you drink a lot of water during the day. So he will probably feel much better after drinking this smoothie.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Blend time: 2 minutes
Amount: 2 smoothies (approximately 750 milliliters)
