Vegan apple porridge
"I had a pretty big apple and used 3/4 of the apple."
Vegan apple porridge with cinnamon. A nice and warm breakfast recipe with the real autumn flavors in it. And the big advantage is that it gives you a full feeling for a long time.

Honestly I don't really like the Autumn or the Winter at all. I don't like cold and rain and actually I am always cold haha. But since this year I somehow crave those Autumn flavors. I don't know what it is, but I have enormous cinnamon cravings. Every night before I go to sleep I drink the chai goodnight drink of Rens Kroes which contains a lot of cinnamon and I sleep like a baby.
When I was younger I never really liked soup. Or well I think I just made that up, but I just didn't eat it. Last winter I made my first home made tomato soup, because I thought not much could go wrong on that. That turned out to be perfect, because I really loved the soup. This weekend I even went a step further by making a pumpkin soup myself. Slowly I am getting used to the fact that the seasons are just there. What I really like about that is going to the Market Place every week and just buy products of the season. So well it might take 25 years, but actually I like the seasons.
