Friday I had a day off. Jens went to work, so I was home alone. Well the dog was also at home, but she was so tired that she just slept all day.
Even though it rained a lot, I went to Goes to the Biodrome (no spon) but that is such an amazing store. They have a lot of organic products and I bought a lot. I also saw figs and I bought them also, with the idea to make a pie of it. Figs are something of my childhood, our babysitter used to have a big fig tree in her garden and we ate a lot of them. When I took a bite of the fig all the memories came back.
Eventually I ended up with a smoothie instead of a pie. I also had some avocados that had to be eaten, so I decided to make this delicious smoothie.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Blend time: 2 minutes
Amount: 4 smoothies (approximately 1 liter)
Blend the ingredients for approximately 2 minutes and you an enjoy this delicious vegan smoothie!
