With Christmas I made the deal that I would make the dessert. After some research I found a recipe at 'Francesca Kookt a crumble, I liked it with a bit of vanilla ice cream with it. The recipe was not that healthy, it contained sugar and white flour. Those are not the kind of ingredients I like to use. I made the recipe into a more healthy recipe and everybody was enthusiastic. The recipe said that if you had some leftovers, the crumble would be even more delicious as a breakfast recipe. Actually I was already looking forward to that haha, so I made some extra crumble to make sure I had enough for the breakfast.
And a warm crumble with yogurt is really the perfect breakfast. I can keep on eating that. Since then I make a variant of this crumble almost every weekend and I enjoy that so much. This variant is my favorite and that is why I want to share this recipe with you.

You can now enjoy this crumble, delicious with some (plant based) yogurt or cottage cheese. Is it too much and do you have some crumble left? No problem you can eat the crumble the next day. If you want it to be warm, just bake it in the oven for 10 minutes on 180 degrees Celsius (356 Fahrenheit).
