Vegan cocoa granola

Vegan cocoa granola, a lovely healthy granola. A perfect breakfast in your vegan yogurt.
I already shared a few granola recipes with you, one with peanut butter and one with a lot of nuts, seeds and cinnamon. I like both recipes very much, but when I eat it all the time (which I do when I like a recipe) I get a bit bored. I love yogurt with fresh fruit and granola, but I wanted something different. Then I came up with this granola with cocoa and believe me when I say that you must try this one!
Since a few weeks on Sunday Morning I attend a class of Body Balance in the gym and I love it! The pace is perfect, also for someone who's stamina is not that good, like mine. There are no difficult steps and dances. Everything is easy to keep up with. That is the perfect start of my Sunday. I really enjoy it and most of the time I stand in class with a big smile working out. After working out I am always extremely hungry, the class lasts until 12.15, so that is also lunch time. And I do not know why but after working out I always have cravings for yogurt with granola and fruit and a smoothie. Unfortunately I was out of granola on Sunday morning and to be prepared for after working out, I made this cocoa granola before I went to the gym. That way I could enjoy my favorite and well-deserved lunch after working out.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Baking time: 10 minutes
Amount: Approximately 400 grams
This recipe is not 100% organic, because the organic nuts are not available. All the other ingredients in the recipe are organic.
Bake the granola for approximately 15 minutes on 356 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius) in a preheated oven. Pay attention that the baking time may differ per oven. You can now enjoy your vegan cocoa granola. Lovely for example in your coconut yogurt. You can keep the granola in an airtight jar for 1-2 weeks.
