A lot of times I have shortage of time in the mornings. The alarm is ringing, I have to feed Leyla, have breakfast myself, shower, get dressed and make my lunch and snacks for the day. And then I also want to read a bit in a book or in my dreambook. So I have a busy schedule in the morning. I can imagine you also have a busy schedule in the morning. I hear a lot of people about breakfast smoothies and honestly it is very good. It takes you maybe 3 minutes of time, you can drink your breakfast right away or even in the car and you feel full for a long time. That is why I made this breakfast smoothie and of course I am very curious what you think of it.
Preparation time: 2 minutes
Blend time: 3 minutes
Amount: 1 smoothie
This recipe is not 100% organic, because the organic nuts are not available. All the other ingredients in the recipe are organic.
The smoothie is now finished and you have a very simple and quick breakfast.
