Yogurt mango smoothie with apple. Healthy smoothies, I just really love them. This easy smoothie recipe with apple, mango, yogurt and almond milk really is one of my favorite healthy smoothie recipes.
Last Thursday morning I had a meeting for my job in MIddelburg, but when I arrived the appointment appeared to be canceled. Later that morning I had 2 other appointments over there, so I decided to stay and don't drive to the office because that would take to much time. And on Thursdays there is a Market in Middelburg so I didn't mind staying. I had to buy my fruit and vegetables anyway so I could combine the two perfectly. I could barely resist the smell of the nut stand and found my way to the fruit and vegetable stand. The thing I really like about the Marketplace is that they have a lot of things I didn't think off or things that appear to be super cheap. I went home with press oranges, mandarins, bananas and lemons. I had not really thought about a smoothie for Smoothie Sunday, when I payed my groceries the girl from the stand told me to grab a mango for free.
So I thought they wouldn't be that good anymore, because why would they give them away for free?! I looked for a mango that was a bit more firm and took it and that also gave me an idea for Smoothie Sunday.
