I am always ready for a lovely breakfast with yogurt. But every time the same granola with yogurt bores me sometimes. That is why I try some new recipes every now and then. I experiment a lot in the weekend wit a lot of ingredients that I still have. Or I am searching on the internet for nice recipes. Because I have tried a lot of recipes already, I know now which ingredients go well together.
It is still Summer, but sometimes it does not look like it. Summer in the Netherlands is always a surprise. Yesterday evening I was on the couch thinking about turning on the heater. Of course it is August and it is a little bit top warm for that, but I was pretty cold. With a lovely cup of ginger tea I warmed myself. What is better with this temperatures than a nice warm breakfast? This quick and warm breakfast is perfect for that.

Amount: 1 portion
At last add the mixture of oatmeal and walnuts into the plate and enjoy your lovely organic breakfast.
