Zucchini smoothie with kiwi. A super healthy smoothie with fruit and vegetables.
On this last Sunday of 2017 and even the last day of the year this lovely smoothie is ready for you. A good vitamin boost before you will eat unhealthy sweet fritters and other snacks. Or maybe you make it tomorrow against the hangover.
Because I think that 1 January is the day most people have a hangover. And exactly that is the day you have to visit your entire family to wish them a happy new year, funny if you think about it haha.
We have a very busy schedule tomorrow, just like last year. We will sleep with my parents in law, also because Jens' grandparents and other grandma live their nearby. Otherwise we will be driving all day long. So first we will visit my family in law. Then we will go to my grandma where my parents will be and then to my other grandmother. With the big advantage that she has to go somewhere else so with a bit of luck we will be home at around 3 o'clock. We can relax a bit before heading to work tomorrow already. That will be tough after a week of vacation. But I do have something to look out to, 1 February I will start at my new job, so 1 month of sturggling and then learning a lot of new things and get energy out of my job.
What does your New Years Day look like? Oh almost forgot that there will be a breakfast recipe online tomorrow morning which is perfect against your hangover :-)
