Blueberry smoothie with cherry tomatoes and strawberries. The sweet cherry tomatoes make this smoothie nice and sweet.

Ingredients:
300 grams strawberries
70 grams blueberries
80 grams cherry tomatoes
200 milliliters almond milk*
* By replacing the almond milk for a nut free, plant based milk you can make this recipe nut free.

How to make it? Wash the strawberries (with the crowns still on them), the blueberries and the cherry tomatoes. Remove the crowns of the strawberries and cut the strawberries in small pieces. Put them in the blender and add the blueberries to it. Cut the cherry tomatoes in smaller pieces and also add them to the blender. Blend the ingredients for approximately 2 minutes until you have a smooth mixture. |
This might seem a bit of a strange combination. But this smoothie is nice and sweet due to the cherry tomatoes.
