Ingredients
1 egg
7 grams cinnamon
10 grams honey
60 milliliters almond milk
3 slices of bread*
* It doesn't matter if the bread is a few days old.

Optional (decoration)
Fresh fruit
Cottage Cheese

How to make it?

Put the egg in a plate and beat the egg fluffy with a fork. Make sure all the pieces of egg are beaten well. Continue doing this until you have an airy mixture. Once you have beaten the egg fluffy, you can add the cinnamon, honey and almond milk into the plate. Mix the ingredients very well and make sure everything is perfectly mixed together.

Grab a slice of bread and put it in the mixture in the plate. Make sure the bread is soaking up the mixture. Turn the bread around and make sure this side also soaks up the mixture. By doing this the taste of the mixture will be taken over by the bread. You can now bake the french toast. Heat a small amount of coconut oil or butter in a frying pan and lay one slice of bread in the pan.

Bake the toast for approximately 2 minutes on one site and then flip the toast. The edges should be crispy by now. Bake also for approximately 2 minutes on the other side. Continue to do so also for the other two slices of bread. If you add some more eggs, milk and cinnamon, you can even make some more french toast.

The natural french toast tastes delicious. I decorated them with fresh fruit and cottage cheese.
Have fun making this easy and organic french toast and enjoy eating them!
