Lactose free raspberry yogurt smoothie, this smoothie with coconut yogurt and mango is not only nice and sweet, but also very healthy.
Ingredients
100 grams (cut) mango
90 grams raspberries
200 milliliters coconut yogurt
150 milliliters water

How to make it? If you have not yet cut the mango, peel the mango and cut into smaller pieces. Add those pieces to the blender. Also add the raspberries with the coconut yogurt and the water to the blender. You can also choose a different plant based yogurt, but I just like coconut yogurt the most. Blend the ingredients for approximately 2 minutes until it has become a smooth mixture. |
